REKLAMA	How to sell through us or how to participate the ABCc. internettrade 1. Persones interested of sale through ABCc. can register by electronic, written or phone form. 2. ABCc. immediately sends Rules of sale and two originals of Commission contract the same validity and obligation, sighned by the statutory representative of ABCc. 3. At the commission contract the seller specifies artistic areas and their creative sections wherein she/he wants to offer her/his works for sale. The seller also marks the sale period and total number of offered works in the commission contract. 4. The seller encloses reproductions of works offered for sale. 5. Every reproduction has to be marked by following data: - name of work - technique of creation - measurements of the work - year of creating the work - sale price of the work - a note (if the seller wishes) - position of reproductions (where the top and bottom part of work are) 6. These data can be independently sum at one list with numbered reproductions. 7. The seller marks one characteristic reproduction (in every creative section), this one will be displayed near to the authors name. 8. If seller offers works in several creative sections for sale, it is necessary to sort the reproductions and data of them, according to the creative sections, so that it is clear. 9. Reproductions can also be sent in electronic form (in RGB format, min. 72 dpi) or in catalogue form, but it is necessary to keep exact marking of the reproductions (see VI.part, points 5-8 of this Rules of sale. 10. On demand, ABCc. ensures making pictures/reproductions of works. ABCc. makes them at expense of seller. 11. If seller wants to present her/his by own biography, it is possible according to the following data: - picture of author (if the seller wishes) - her/his name, surname, title - stage name - date of birth - studies - specialization of creating - own/independent expositions - group expositions - symposiums - prizes and appreciations - participation in collections 12. Authors biography will be published along with her/his offered works for sale. 13. The seller sighnes attached commission contracts (two originals) and sends one of them to the addres of ABCc. 14. The seller encloses to the one sighned original of commission contract following: - reproductions of works (according to VI.part, 4.-9. point of this Rules of sale - payment voucher (for the administration fee) Further information at the section: RULES AND CONDITIONS.
